Wow, that is one powerful cosplay picture! There's really something original and special in the way she appears to be breaking up, especially with the surreal background. It looks like a Witch Barrier.
You've captured the expression in her face very well, I think it portrays the character in a realistic way. The outfit is amazing, it looks like she's stepped right out of the PMMM anime!! (I do love her hair ribbons)
The only thing I think you could possibly improve on is the way she is 'breaking up' around the edges. It looks lovely, but perhaps it could be a little more spontaneous...
